Twenty-five faculty, staff, and students participated in a 21-Day Challenge for Racial Justice. The three-week program was organized by the university’s DEI Council.
The concept involved reading or viewing some short, eye-opening, educational articles or videos and then gathering once a week to discuss the content in a friendly setting. The three themes were the Historical Context of Race and Racism, Whiteness and Privilege, and Steps Forward.
