Mark Bennett ’16 was selected by the NCAA as one of 17 minority athletics administrators in the country to participate in the annual Dr. Charles Whitcomb Leadership Institute.

Mark Blount Jr ’15 started traveling with the world-famous Harlem Globetrotters. They call him "Splash" on the court.

 

Harriet G. Fry ’95 has authored a second novel. Beneath the Bridge of Sighs, a romance set in Venice, Italy, was released in October 2023 by Blossom Spring Publishing, Manchester, England, UK.

 

Dr. Scott Giacomucci ’13 released his second published book in April called Trauma-Informed Principles in Group Therapy, Psychodrama, & Organizations. The book focuses on trauma-informed leadership in different environments.

Edward Don & Company awarded Tyler Herbetko `17, account representative in field sales, with the "Rookie of the Year" Award.

 

Judy King `82 has retired from nursing and now spends her time with her grandkids and teaching at her local church.

Magogodi Makhene ’08 released her new book, Innards, which tells the intimate stories of everyday folks processing the savagery of apartheid with grit, wit, and their own distinctive, bewildering humor.

 

Amaris Manning ’21 has published an ongoing webcomic series called HELLIONS. The series consists of underlying themes about masculinity, sexuality, mental health, and racial, social, and cultural identity. It is available to read for free on the apps/websites Webtoon and TAPAS, and it will soon be available on Webcomics APP and Tumblr.

Frederick Mitsdarfer ’12 is being featured in the 2024 edition of Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch.

Kelley Robinson Stenger ’90 received a certification in Mergers & Acquisitions from Columbia Business School.
