Lois Rajcan, PhD, RN, assistant professor of nursing, has been appointed to the Infusion Nurses Society (INS) Standards of Practice Committee, where she will serve as a nurse researcher, contributing evidence-based practice updates for the January 2027 10th edition of the Infusion Therapy Standards of Practice publication.
The INS Standards of Practice are recognized as the authoritative global reference for infusion therapy and are developed through the collaboration of international contributors and expert reviewers.

Sport Management majors Emma Smith and Faith Weaver made last semester’s list of 5 Star Recruits in the National Collegiate Sports Sales Championship. Only 20 students in the country made the list.
“From running promotional events to creating and managing content during the game, being able to give fans a great experience at athletic events is important to me,” says Smith.
Weaver, a Phillies ball girl last year, wants to share what sports have taught her. “I would love to bring the same lessons, experiences, and feelings that sports have brought me over the years to others.”
