Dr. Julie Lanzillo has been appointed coordinator of the Sport and Entertainment Management programs at Neumann University. She will supervise academic programs at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.
A resident of Delaware County, Dr. Lanzillo she has been involved in sports marketing, event management and communications for more than 25 years. In 1994, she founded InfoSport, Inc., which has grown into an international sports marketing agency. For the last 15 years, InfoSport has focused on athlete exposure in the professional soccer community, assisting hundreds of players in realizing their aspirations of playing professional soccer around the globe. In addition to InfoSport, she has also worked closely with organizations tied to NASCAR, the NBA, the NFL and Major League Baseball.
Lanzillo has been a consultant in contract negotiations regarding trading card rights and autographs for NFL draft prospects, supervised NASCAR trading card product lines, and served as assistant editor for Baseball America.
She holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of North Carolina, a M.Ed. in Sport and Recreation Administration from Temple University, and an Ed.D. from Wilmington University in Organizational Leadership and Innovation.
Prior to being named an assistant professor at Neumann University in 2014, she was an adjunct professor from 2003-2013.
