Joe Greco will teach “Lessons learned that can’t be taught in school,” a story of the human element and key themes related to the 30-year journey of a serial entrepreneur, at Neumann on November 10.

A specialist in wealth management for athletes and entertainers, Greco will deliver the seventh annual Rocco A. ’79 and Mary F. Abessinio Lecture in Management and Entrepreneurship at 1 p.m. in the Meagher Theatre.

Greco leads the board and executive team of Procapita Partners, LLC, a registered investment firm serving the financial and wealth management needs of today’s professional athletes, entertainers, and influencers. When he created Procapita in 2019, he already had experience in successfully starting, building, and scaling businesses across a variety of industries.

In 2020, Greco and two partners founded Duffl in anticipation of the amateur and college athlete opportunity in the emerging NIL (name, image, and likeness) era. That same year, Duffl merged into NoCap Sports, a tech platform with the goal of transforming influencer marketing by uniting brands, agencies, and athletes. He is now a board member at NoCap and active in helping the company’s capital-raising and business-development initiatives.

During the pandemic in 2021, he launched Viquity Asset Management, a boutique provider of financial and retirement planning and investment management.

Earlier in his career, Greco was the founder and CEO of PSC Info Group, a provider of data and technology solutions focused on revenue cycle management, consumer communications, and payment acceleration. PSC was recognized twice by Inc. magazine as one of America’s 500 fastest growing private companies.

He served as chairman of the board of RevSpring from 2012 until 2016. While leading PSC/RevSpring, Greco led multiple private equity and strategic merger and acquisition transactions.

In 2015, Greco founded Thrivest Funding to focus on the legal finance vertical within the broader specialty finance sector. In 2019, he founded Nexiify Solutions, a legal fintech platform, and that same year, those two businesses were folded into the newly formed Experity Ventures LLC, which was named to the Inc. 5000 list of America’s Fastest Growing Companies in 2021 and 2022.

Greco is also part of the ownership group of Major League Soccer’s (MLS) Philadelphia Union professional sports franchise and related properties.
