Mark your calendars, Knights Homecoming Weekend, September 24–27, is coming up fast, and we want you back on campus for it. Whether you graduated last spring or decades ago, this is your invitation to reconnect with classmates, cheer on Neumann Athletics, and remember what it felt like to call this campus home.
Here's a look at everything happening throughout the weekend.
Thursday, September 24 — Kickoff Day
The celebration opens with a bookstore discount all day, so grab some fresh Knights gear before the weekend celebrations begin. In the afternoon, stop by the Treats & TRIO Gathering in Bachmann Lobby (1:00–4:00 PM), then head to the Library for a Craft & Game Night (4:00–6:00 PM). As the sun sets, join the School of Business for a Phillies Watch Party from 6:00–10:00 PM (first pitch at 6:05 PM) — the perfect way to unwind and catch up with old friends.
Friday, September 25 — Spirit & Sport
Show your colors — it's Spirit Day! It's Spirit Day across campus — on campus or off, wear your blue and gold with pride! Then get loud for the Knights! The Women's Soccer Team kicks off at 6:00 PM in a game against Penn State Altoona and the Women’s Volleyball Team competes against FDU-Florham at 6:30 PM.
Saturday, September 26 — The Big Day
This is the heart of Homecoming, with the bookstore offering 25% off all day and campus buzzing from morning to night.
Start with brunch. Head to the Dining Hall at 11:00 AM for a Homecoming Brunch decked out in balloons and Neumann-blue-and-gold décor, with themed stations including Knight Tots, Blue & Gold Pancakes with blueberry and banana toppings, and the Sir Francis Frittata Station.
Then take in the action. At noon, catch the Softball Alumni Games and the Field Hockey contest versus Stockton University, or swing by the Our Lady of Angels Reunion in the Bayada Atrium in the Mirenda Center (12:00–2:00 PM) as they celebrate the past, present and future of Neumann University. At 3:00 PM, Men's Soccer takes the field against The College of New Jersey.
Don't miss the Game Day Block Party (1:30–4:30 PM), presented by Student Activities, Conference & Events, and Advancement. Expect food and beer vendors from Hunts, live music from Rad & Kell, yard games from Circus Time, alongside a festive event tent, to welcome home all Knights from near and far.
As evening falls, enjoy Dinner in the Dining Hall (5:00–7:00 PM), celebrate our standout inductees into the Athletics Hall of Fame Reception in the Mirenda Center (6:00–8:00 PM), and test your luck at Big Prize Bingo, hosted by our very own KPB in Bruder Gym (7:00–9:00 PM).
Ease into the final day with Brunch at 11:00 AM and Dinner from 5:00–7:00 PM in the Dining Hall, then close out the weekend together at Sunday Mass in Sacred Heart Chapel at 7:00 PM.
