Elizabeth (Liz) Del Re ’11 is the athletic trainer at Emmaus High School in the Lehigh Valley region of Pennsylvania, but her love of wrestling has taken her across the globe.

After a high school coach urged her to connect with Olympic wrestling programs, Del Re found herself in Mexico, volunteering at the Pan American Championships for student wrestlers. She impressed the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee and was invited to the Dave Schultz Memorial Tournament in Colorado Springs. In 2019, she traveled to Bulgaria for the Cadet World Championships and recently traveled to Budapest, Hungary, with this same group.
