Neumann University: Reflecting on Progress, Inspiring the Future

Presidents Annual Report 2023-24

President’s Letter

Dear Friends,

I am pleased to report that our beloved university has continued to achieve great success in all four areas of our strategic plan: leadership, excellence, visibility, and resources. The commitment to our students and our mission, through innovative academic programs and community partnerships, has never been stronger.

In 2023-24, fourteen leadership programs, all infused with Franciscan values, provided students with the practical guidance to become transformational role models in the world. Our graduates bring the RISES values of reverence, integrity, service, excellence, and stewardship into their communities and careers.

Our relationships with Ed Snider Youth Hockey & Education, Delaware County law enforcement, the Eagles Autism Foundation and other respected organizations have created a host of opportunities for our students and solidified our reputation as a trusted and caring academic institution.

In the marketplace, we have engaged with employers, parents and prospective students to understand what they consider the essential goals of higher education, and we have delivered results. Ninety percent of our 2023 graduates are employed or continuing their education after earning a Neumann degree.

I urge you to read about these inspirational accomplishments and many more in this annual report.

We have now begun a new year and have achieved enrollment growth that will provide the opportunity to educate a larger community of young women and men. As always, we eagerly embrace this mission, based upon the belief that knowledge is a gift to be shared in the service of others and that learning is a lifelong process.
