Last Minute Changes: Delaware County's Rising Cover Rock Band

Last Minute Changes, a cover rock band from Delaware County, is gaining popularity for their renditions of classic hits and original songs.

Formed by high school friends with a shared passion for music, Last Minute Changes is a cover rock band with roots in Delaware County. The group’s lineup includes Tali Kyle (lead singer), Dustin Siebenaler (lead guitarist), Anthony Cuba (guitarist), Andrew Marshall (drummer), and Gavin Meiser (bassist). Meiser was discovered on Band Mix, a platform where musicians can connect with each other to form bands, join existing bands, or collaborate on musical projects.

In an interview, Andrew Marshall, a Neumann student, shared insights on the band's origins and their connection with the local music scene.

“Over the past 5 years, whether it’s bookings, venues, or having to replace band members, a lot of the stuff would just happen at the very last minute,” Marshall explained, reflecting on the origin of the band's name.

While Kyle and Siebenaler study music at West Chester University, Cuba and Marshall pursue their education at Neumann University. Last Minute Changes infuses their repertoire with hits from artists like Led Zeppelin, Fleetwood Mac, and Paramore

The band also has two original songs, ‘PIG’ and ‘Same Old Story,’ which can be accessed on Spotify, Apple Music and YouTube.

Marshall also spoke on the support the band has received from Neumann students and alumni.

“Fataday Korngor, a Neumann alum, attended previous shows, and many of my friends have shown support by attending my performances,” Marshall noted.

The band had their recent performance on St. Patrick’s Day, at Tom N Jerry’s, a sports bar located in Folsom, PA.
