Adjunct Named Superintendent of the Year

Dr. James Capolupo

Dr. James Capolupo, superintendent of schools in the Springfield School District and an adjunct professor at Neumann, has been named Superintendent of the Year by the National Association of School Superintendents. Capolupo was one of five 2013 finalists for the award. Patricia Beaver, NASS associate executive director, characterized him as “a model of uncompromising dedication to literacy and academic achievement.” He has been an educator in Delaware County his entire professional career.
