An insider’s look at the Philly sports scene

Amy Fadool, a sports anchor and reporter for NBC Sports Philadelphia, will visit campus to share stories of the teams she has covered on March 6. Her presentation is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. in the Meagher Theatre.

For diehard Philadelphia Eagles fans, Fadool’s visit is a chance to bask in the glow of the team’s 40-22 victory over the Kansas City Chiefs in Super Bowl LIX. The reporter also covered the Birds’ win in 2018 against the New England Patriots.

A three-time regional Emmy award winning sports anchor, Fadool joined NBC Sports Philadelphia in January of 2009. For the last 16 years, she has delivered sports news to one of the most passionate fan bases in the country.

Viewers are familiar with her analysis during Philadelphia 76ers Pre- and Post-Game Live shows, as well as on the anchor desk for SportsNet Central several times a week.

The event is sponsored by the Cultural Arts Forum, which hosts lecture series, workshops, and author presentations to enrich the educational experiences of the university and the community.

General Admission is $10. Admission is free for Neumann students (with ID) and Cultural Arts Forum members.
