Dr. Ann Mitchell, our director of first-year and second-year experience, has been published in ASCEND to Higher Retention Rates, Volume 3, a collection of strategies to improve student retention. Her contribution to Chapter 7 is titled "Student Success Involves Support, Training and Then the Nudge.”
