Neumann is once again supporting Community Day, the annual celebration presented by the Aston Business Association. Festivities start at 9 a.m. on Saturday, October 2, with a parade along Concord Road from campus to the Aston Community Center.

Community Day activities include a kids' bike rodeo and decorating contest, pony rides, face painting, bumper cars, live music, and lots of delicious food options. Aston Township police, fire, EMS, and healthcare workers will march in the parade under a "2021 Citizens of the Year" banner in appreciation for their self-sacrifice, dedication, and exceptional service during a very challenging time.

Aston residents can purchase event wristbands in advance for $3 at the Community Center or for $4 on the day of the event. The rain date for the celebration is October 9.
