The graduate nursing program at Neumann University’s Jacquelyn Wilson Fegley ’71 College of Nursing is partnering with Chariot Allaire and the Independence Blue Cross Foundation to launch a pro bono primary care clinic in Chester—made possible through foundation grant support.
This initiative features an innovative, student-led model, with nurse practitioner students providing care under faculty supervision while gaining hands-on experience. In collaboration with the Delaware County Health Department, students will also support outreach through the Wellness on Wheels mobile unit to reach residents across the community.
Program development is underway, with plans to open the clinic within the next 6–9 months.
