The Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing has released Neumann University’s latest NCLEX-RN results, confirming an impressive 96.23% first-time pass rate for the period of October 1, 2024, through September 30, 2025. This achievement continues Neumann’s strong track record of preparing highly competent, practice-ready nurses.

This year’s exceptional performance adds a fourth consecutive year of top-tier NCLEX results, bringing Neumann’s four-year average to an impressive 96.9%. The program has consistently remained among the strongest in the state.

“The sustained strength of Neumann’s NCLEX-RN outcomes comes at a time when the demand for well-prepared nurses continues to grow nationwide,” said Dr. Chris Domes, president of Neumann University. “According to national workforce projections, hospitals and health systems are increasingly seeking graduates who can transition quickly and confidently into clinical roles. Neumann’s consistently high pass rates reflect the program’s ability to prepare nurses who are ready to meet the needs of patients and employers from day one.”

“These results are something we should all be proud of,” said Theresa Pietsch, dean of the School of Nursing and Health Sciences. “Our high NCLEX-RN scores have consistently placed us in the upper tier, and this fourth year of outstanding performance reflects the dedication and excellence of our entire community.”

Neumann University’s nursing program is the institution’s most popular undergraduate major, enrolling approximately 120 first-year students annually. All nursing faculty bring real-world clinical experience, ensuring that students are taught by professionals who understand both the demands and rewards of modern nursing practice.
