Manor College and Neumann University have officially announced a memorandum of understanding for Manor College students to enter graduate programs at Neumann University.

“This is a tremendous opportunity for our students,” Dr. Joseph Gillespie, Manor College Provost, said. “It provides pathways from programs at Manor College to graduate at Neumann. Neumann University is a mission-driven institution, one fully committed to its Franciscan values. It is a place where students from Manor College will feel comfortable and will flourish.”

“We welcome the opportunity to provide at least three Manor College graduates with a pathway to earn a master’s degree every year,” said Dr. Eric Wellington, provost of Neumann University. “The partnership will benefit both institutions and launch productive professional careers for many young men and women in the years to come.”

The deal was formalized on January 29 during a ceremony on Manor College’s campus.

Under the agreement, Neumann University will offer three guaranteed admissions spaces to select master's degrees for undergraduate students at Manor College. The master's programs include:

  • Forensic Accounting and Cybercrime
  • Business and Organizational Leadership
  • Cybersecurity
  • Education
  • Forensic Psychology
  • Sport Business

In addition, Neumann will guarantee admission to Manor College pre-nursing students into their undergraduate nursing program who have a cumulative GPA of 2.7 or higher and meet additional GPA requirements in several classes.

Manor College, located in Jenkintown, was founded in 1947 by the Ukrainian Sisters of Saint Basil the Great. Manor College offers small, personalized education with a 12:1 student/teacher class ratio. The institution remains among the most affordable private colleges in Pennsylvania.
