U.S. News & World Report has ranked Neumann's online bachelor's degree program as one of the best in the country. Of the 300 colleges that offer bachelor's degrees that can be earned completely online, Neumann's program finished in the top half, earning a #143 ranking.

Neumann offers online bachelor's degree programs in Behavioral Science, Liberal Studies, Organizational Leadership, Professional Studies, and Public Safety Administration through its Continuing Adult and Professional Studies Division. The university has offered degree programs for adults since 1976.
All of the online B.A. and B.S. programs accept as many as 90 transfer credits and assess prior learning experiences outside the classroom for credit that students can apply toward a degree.
Accelerated classes are offered in multiple formats (online, in the classroom, and hybrid) and include experiential learning projects that bridge the classroom with real-world experiences.
