Neumann voices speak en Espanol on the air

Two Neumann voices will be heard hundreds of times on La Mega, the #1 radio station among Hispanics in the Philadelphia market, in the four weeks before the university’s November 17 undergraduate open house.

Gabriela Pena, a senior majoring in Liberal Arts, and Barbara Guardiola, the administrative assistant to the Dean of Arts and Sciences, have recorded 30-second promotional spots in Spanish that will air on La Mega more than 200 times between October 22 and November 16.

La Mega, 105.7 FM, broadcasts Spanish music, nationally syndicated programs, and Philadelphia Eagles games. The music mix includes Salsa, Latin Pop, Merengue, Bachata and Reggaeton. The Hispanic population in Philadelphia and South Jersey is approximately 400,000.
