The Sport Management 460 course inducted four members into its hall of fame on April 27.

According to Faith Weaver, a vice president of the group, the hall of fame honors “individuals who show an unwavering amount of support to the Sport Management program at Neumann.”

Brian Wagner was inducted for his work with Neumann and HeyDay Athletics, which has made him a valuable mentor and leader within the sport management community. Wagner is an alumnus of the MS in Sport Business program, and has been an adjunct professor in the program since 2022

As director of premium services for the Philadelphia Union, Julia Malseed Worth was inducted for her frequent and ongoing support of the sport management program. She is a member of the class of 2016.

Another 2016 graduate, Jose Jimenez, works as a group account director for Octagon, a global agency in sports, entertainment, and culture. His induction recognizes his “continued support to our Neumann sport management community,” Weaver explained.

The final inductee of the evening was Sr. Marguerite O’Beirne. OSF, a familiar face on campus. “She is truly the heart and soul of Neumann University,” said Weaver, “and she supports every single one of us any chance she gets.”
