Submit your LEAD conference proposal to give your own TED Talk!

The deadline to submit your LEAD conference proposal is Friday, April 5th. This year’s LEAD Conference will take place on Thursday, May 2nd, with presentation sessions starting at 3:15 p.m. and the poster symposium beginning at 4:30 p.m.

According to NU Honors Association president Samantha Holmburg, the LEAD Conference, as a key component of Neumann’s Honors Program, provides a unique opportunity for students to step out of their comfort zones and develop their academic and interpersonal skills to the best of their ability.

Sponsored by the Honors Program, the LEAD conference (Learning, Exchanging, Achieving, and Discussing) was initiated by two students in 2012 to bring together the Neumann community around the idea of research and presentation. Modeled after TED Talks, presentations can be given by any member of the Neumann community, and all talks and poster presentations are open and free of charge.

Don’t miss this chance to share your ideas and insights with the community. Submit your proposal today! Contact Rick Sayers with any questions, and visit the link below for the most up-to-date information.
