Over 275 supporters gathered in Neumann University’s Mirenda Center this past Saturday for a special event honoring the life and legacy of Brendan P. Kelly. A proud member of the Class of 1987, Brendan’s spirit continues to inspire us.

Kelly ‘87 Memorial Scholarship, and we extend our deepest gratitude to the committee for honoring Brendan’s legacy for over three decades. This dedicated group of friends and family has consistently raised funds to support deserving students, enabling them to pursue their educational dreams and embody the values that Brendan held dear.

Beginning with its first recipient, Joe Guinta ’93, the Brendan P. Kelly Memorial Scholarship has supported 111 recipients through 324 awards, with a total of $318,759. This scholarship is a testament to the lasting impact that Brendan continues to have on our Neumann community.

But perhaps an even greater tribute is the enduring generosity, unwavering dedication, and tireless efforts of donors and volunteers, made up of Brendan’s close friends and family, who uphold this scholarship. Their passion and commitment ensure Brendan’s legacy continues to touch lives and shape futures.

Congratulations to the Brendan Kelly Scholarship Committee on an amazing 35 years! What a blessing for Neumann and our family, and such a meaningful tribute to my brother Brendan. Many Thanks! – Erin Mariani
